Project Overview
Nikan Charity’s website was designed to help people in need and attract public support. The main goal was to create a simple and trustworthy platform to introduce charity projects and collect donations.
Challenge
One main challenge was to show projects clearly and gain users’ trust for online payments. Also, the website had to be easy to use for all ages and digital literacy levels.
Solution
To solve these problems, we used a simple design and calm colors. Project information was shown clearly and in detail. Also, the online payment process was made simple and secure so users could donate easily.
Impact & Results
After launching the website, the number of users and donations increased. Users gave positive feedback about the easy use and clear information. The website helped the charity introduce more projects and attract more support.
Desgin Process
First, we studied the users’ needs and the charity’s goals. Then, wireframes and a prototype were created. After approval, the graphic design and website development were done. Finally, the site was tested and optimized for a better user experience.
